Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
• Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short-form video — to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
• Operate daily store functions including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to loss-prevention and POS procedures.
• Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, inclusion activities and provide/receive feedback to continually improve performance and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and capable of using mobile POS systems.
• Familiarity with clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling, social selling or live-stream selling experience are strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
