Coach in London seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service on Regent Street; full-time role with clienteling and omni-channel selling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streaming) to capture customer data and facilitate omni-channel conversions.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickup), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a well‑presented sales floor and organised stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to maintain professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in a fast‑paced, target-driven retail environment and to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).

Experience

At least one year in a sales role, ideally within luxury or premium retail; hands-on experience with POS systems, clienteling and omni-channel selling is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered. Formal retail or fashion-related qualifications are advantageous.
