Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) in Lee, MA to deliver elevated luxury service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and facilitate omnichannel transactions.
- Source new customers, follow up leads, and close sales both in-store and via digital channels.
- Complete daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product, and managing stockroom organization.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Accept and act on feedback, maintain a calm professional demeanor and meet physical demands including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS systems.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in live-stream shopping, short-form video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; previous experience in luxury retail or fashion is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
