Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Laredo, Texas — deliver luxury retail service, clienteling and omni‑channel selling (hourly $15.00–$19.25).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (short‑form video, live demos) to capture customer data, close sales and support omni‑channel fulfilment (online pickup, returns, exchanges).
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap transactions, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset‑protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfort using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos; demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Minimum 1+ year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Proven experience with POS/Mobile POS, clienteling practices and omni‑channel or social selling is advantageous.
Education
A combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Laredo, Texas, USA, with easy access to San Antonio.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
