Coach in Edina, MN seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omnichannel sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPI-driven activities.
- Engage omnichannel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture client data and convert sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas; lift and move product as required while upholding safety standards.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; receive and act on feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with luxury retail background and proven clienteling or social-selling experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail- or fashion-related coursework or vocational training preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
