Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Castel Romano, Italy — front-line luxury retail role delivering personalised client service and omnichannel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Operate efficiently on the sales floor: manage multiple customers, maintain high energy, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and receiving shipments.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: visual merchandising, organisation, asset protection and adherence to POS and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, promote a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programmes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven operation of POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; calm, professional demeanour under pressure.

Experience

At least 1+ year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; experience using POS systems and clienteling platforms and familiarity with social/video selling is an advantage.

Education
