Coach: Sales Associate (part‑time) in Austin, Texas — deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel sales and clienteling at The Domain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service and styling advice.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, tailored recommendations and follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy while adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order pickups/returns.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards: cleanliness, organization, accurate product presentation and compliance with retail policies.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems (Mobile POS), use iPad/laptop devices and basic store technology; comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Austin, Texas, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
