Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and accurate customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers and create a lasting brand impression.
- Process sales transactions, returns, repairs and damaged-goods transactions in accordance with company standards and POS procedures.
- Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales and gift cards to drive revenue and client retention.
- Maintain strict accuracy in cash handling, media management and end-of-shift audits; escalate discrepancies to management.
- Keep the cashwrap organised and operational; monitor POS equipment and report faults promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
- Perform occasional stockroom and floor tasks that require lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and safe manual handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons).
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre merchandise and stock (regularly 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior experience in cashier or retail positions; experience within luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
