Coach seeks a part-time Cashier in Orlando, FL (Disney Springs). Deliver exceptional checkout service and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑consistent customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers warmly and create lasting impressions.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and mobile checkout technologies accurately while promoting the Insider Program, add‑on sales, and gift cards.
- Execute cash handling, media management, returns, repairs, and damaged goods processing in accordance with company policy.
- Perform end‑of‑shift audits and assist management with reconciliation and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean cashwrap; monitor equipment and promptly report operational issues.
- Support team development by mentoring and training cashier staff to uphold service and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems and mobile checkout solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail positions. Prior luxury retail or brand environment experience is preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and retail experience accepted.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
