Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient and accurate service at the cashwrap to create a lasting brand impression.
- Promote the Insider Program, gift cards and add-on sales to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Handle cash, payment media and POS transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
- Process returns, repairs and damaged goods in accordance with company standards and complete end-of-shift audits with management.
- Maintain an organised, clean cashwrap; monitor POS and peripheral equipment and report issues promptly.
- Support training and mentoring of junior cashiers to uphold service levels and operational best practices.
- Operate effectively on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; perform light-to-moderate physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile retail technology and basic computer applications.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment with an emphasis on accuracy and customer focus.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in cashiering or frontline retail; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
