Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the cashwrap; greet customers and ensure a positive final impression.
  • Operate POS systems and mobile checkout devices to process sales, returns, repairs and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management and end-of-shift audits; escalate discrepancies to management.
  • Promote the Insider loyalty program, gift cards and add-on items to drive attach rates and sales performance.
  • Keep cashwrap and equipment organised and clean; report malfunctioning hardware or supply shortages promptly.
  • Support training, mentoring and development of other cashiers to uphold Coach service and operational standards.
  • Perform light stockroom duties and handle merchandise per company procedures, including damaged goods processing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, mobile checkout technology and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
