Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience by leveraging brand training and resources to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Develop clienteling strategies and support in-store events to drive engagement and sales.
- Build strong partnerships with local retail teams to gain insights into customer profiles and emerging opportunities.
- Track and analyze store performance against targets and present actionable plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure new season collections are prominently displayed.
- Manage product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back-of-house areas are organized and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Familiarity with department store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and the ability to apply insights to enhance business outcomes.
