Tapestry (Coach) seeks a Brand Marketing Manager in Seoul, South Korea to lead Korea media strategy and brand building.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the Korea brand strategy in alignment with global priorities, ensuring media investments advance long-term brand equity and business objectives.
- Own Korea media strategy across the full funnel—awareness to acquisition—integrating brand objectives and global guidelines into media plans.
- Execute hands-on digital media planning, buying and optimisation (including SEM, SEO and retargeting) and hold agencies accountable for performance and creative alignment.
- Manage the Korea media budget with responsibility for both performance efficiency and brand-building effectiveness.
- Brief, coordinate and challenge media agencies to deliver campaigns that reflect brand values and meet KPI targets.
- Collaborate with Brand Analytics to measure media effectiveness against brand health, acquisition and traffic goals and translate findings into actionable optimisations.
- Ensure integrated marketing plans—across Media, PR, CRM and activations—deliver coherent brand storytelling and maximise consumer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement trade-offs that balance short-term ROI with sustained brand growth.
Qualifications
- 7–8 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated brand ownership.
- Proven track record as a brand builder with strong strategic thinking and accountability for outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise in digital media planning, buying and KPI analysis to effectively manage agency partners.
- Experience managing media agencies and integrating media strategy with broader brand objectives.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Korean with the ability to influence cross-border stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude and data-driven decision‑making that balances performance marketing with brand equity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Experience in multinational environments, campaign launches and cross-functional project leadership; growth mindset and proactive leadership style.

Minimum 7–8 years in marketing with direct responsibility for brand strategy and digital media execution, preferably within multinational consumer or fashion brands.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
