Tapestry is hiring a Brand Ambassador (part‑time, 24 hrs/week, 12‑month contract) in Paris at Galeries Lafayette for Coach & Kate Spade New York.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach and Kate Spade New York at Galeries Lafayette to elevate brand visibility and deliver an exceptional, on-brand customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent, high-calibre retail service using brand tools and training to uphold service standards and foster customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies and in-store activations; co-host events to drive footfall and sales conversion.
  • Partner with local retail teams and department store management to share market insights, align priorities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse store/trade performance versus targets and present actionable recommendations to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards for new season launches and markdown periods to ensure cohesive presentation and alignment with regional guidelines.
  • Coordinate product deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation; escalate operational issues to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
  • Complete and submit timely trade reports with key product insights and competitive/market callouts for the Wholesale Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to plan shopfloor coverage and staffing to optimise customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with department store stakeholders to improve placement, promotions and long-term brand partnership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a retail environment with a demonstrable record of achieving sales results.
  • Proven familiarity with department store operations, merchandising and sales strategies.
  • Availability for varied working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication, organisational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business development opportunities.
  • Collaborative team orientation and ability to build productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current fashion/retail trends and the capacity to apply market insight to in‑store activation.
