Tapestry seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador for Selfridges Oxford Street, London. Drive brand visibility and sales for Coach and Kate Spade New York.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless, elevated customer experiences by leveraging brand training, tools, and resources to uphold exceptional service standards
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies and in-store event ideas; support and co-host activations to drive engagement and sales
  • Build strategic partnerships with local retail teams to identify customer insights and emerging growth opportunities; attend brand events to deepen market knowledge
  • Track and analyse store performance against targets and present actionable improvement plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador; monitor trade results regularly
  • Identify growth opportunities through in-store observation, including new activations, local events, and omni-channel engagement strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store management to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to ensure new season collections are prominently displayed and aligned with delivery schedules
  • Apply visual merchandising standards during markdown periods to maintain consistency with regional brand presentation
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager through visual updates and collaborative planning
  • Manage product deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organization; escalate operational concerns to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador
  • Complete trade reports promptly with clear communication of product insights and key callouts to leadership and the Wholesale Sales team
  • Coordinate effective shopfloor coverage with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to ensure optimal staffing levels and customer service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' retail environment experience
  • Demonstrated familiarity with department store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to translate insights into business outcomes
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development
  • Collaborative team player with commitment to positive team culture and shared goal achievement
  • Availability to work varied hours as required, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
