Tapestry seeks a Brand Ambassador in Kingston (John Lewis) — full-time fixed-term role driving brand visibility, customer engagement and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, consistent customer experience using brand training, tools and service standards across the department store concession.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies and in-store activations; co-host events that stimulate engagement and sales.
  • Partner with local retail teams and department store management to increase brand visibility, loyalty and omni-channel opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse store performance against targets; prepare and present actionable plans and trade reports to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and Wholesale Sales team.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines, ensure new-season collections are prominently presented and manage seasonal markdown presentation in line with regional standards.
  • Manage product deliveries, replenishment and maintain organised back-of-house operations; escalate operational concerns to regional leadership.
  • Coordinate shopfloor coverage with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to optimise staffing and customer service during peak trading and events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, to meet store and activation requirements.
  • Familiarity with department store operations, merchandising and concession partnership dynamics.
  • Strong verbal communication, organisational ability and analytical aptitude for monitoring trade performance.
  • Commercial awareness of current industry and consumer trends and the ability to apply insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for team culture and shared objectives.

Experience
