Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and client loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling platforms, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and capture client data for CRM.
- Leverage social selling and short‑form video/live‑stream demonstrations to engage customers and grow client acquisition.
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Maintain floor readiness and asset protection practices; safely handle product movement and lift up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally).
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as required and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems (mobile POS), iPad/laptop use and basic retail technology; comfortable using walkie‑talkies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
- Capable of regular physical activity on the sales floor and in the stockroom (lift 25 lb regularly; up to 50 lb occasionally).
- Strong English communication skills; social media literacy and experience with live or video selling are preferred.
- Ability to meet performance targets and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail, clienteling, and omni‑channel selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion, or merchandising coursework or certifications are a plus. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
