Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest engagement and create memorable in‑store experiences.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food using espresso machines, grinders and ovens to established quality standards.
- Drive sales by promoting beverages, food and branded merchandise; customize guest orders and highlight limited‑availability items.
- Support visual merchandising, floor sets and replenishment to uphold Coach retail standards.
- Maintain operational excellence: cleanliness, food safety, cash handling and adherence to store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to solve operational issues and share selling strategies.
- Handle physical tasks: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred.
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles; ability to prioritize and delegate tasks when required.
- Knowledge of food safety requirements and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Capable of performing physical duties (lifting, bending, climbing) associated with retail café operations.
