Tapestry seeks Associate, Employee Communications in New York to create engaging internal content and drive employee engagement across all channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and create editorial content and messaging across video, email, newsletters, and digital signage to inform, engage, and inspire employees
- Bring Tapestry's brands and culture to life through compelling storytelling for employees across corporate offices, retail stores, and fulfillment centers
- Manage and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure communications effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate channel performance and continuously improve employee engagement
- Partner with functional teams on change management communications, strategic initiatives, and campaigns
- Support planning and logistics for employee-facing events, including town halls, leadership meetings, and company-wide moments
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories and identify key headlines
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot for research, drafting, and design work
- Experience with intranet platforms, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Demonstrated attention to detail and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proactive, self-directed approach with genuine passion for the Tapestry brands
