Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate market, channel and competitor data specific to the travel-retail (duty-free) channel across regions.
- Monitor pricing, promotions and assortment activity of competitors and travel-retail partners; escalate material shifts to senior commercial stakeholders.
- Maintain and update sales, sell-through and inventory trackers; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the travel-retail team.
- Build and sustain dashboards and visual reports for commercial and executive review (sales, KPIs, pricing elasticity, distribution footprint).
- Support product launch and range entry processes for travel-retail, coordinating with merchandising, supply chain and local distributors.
- Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and briefing packs for internal meetings and for airline/airport retail partners.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to test commercial hypotheses and support pricing, promotion and assortment decisions.
- Act as a liaison with regional travel-retail teams, distributors and retail partners to validate field intelligence and resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, retail management or a closely related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience in retail, travel retail (duty-free), wholesale, market research or competitive intelligence.
- Strong numerical aptitude with demonstrable experience producing commercial reports and KPI trackers.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesise quantitative data into concise executive insights.
- Effective communicator with experience preparing presentation decks for cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
1–3 years of analytical or commercial experience within retail, travel retail (airport/duty-free), wholesale or market research roles, with hands-on responsibility for data consolidation, reporting and competitor monitoring.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, retail management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
