Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, category planning and KPI monitoring.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and resolve customer issues while acting as a brand ambassador.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members, creating a collaborative culture and a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive omni-channel initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, compliance, loss prevention and vendor relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store safety while partnering with district and corporate teams on market insights and cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Proven ability to motivate teams to exceed performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; demonstrable knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Skills
Experience
At least 1+ year of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or customer-facing service; demonstrable track record in driving sales, coaching teams and executing retail operations. Luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
Education
Secondary school completion; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, business or fashion are advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
