Coach in Grapevine, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead teams and ensure operational excellence at Grapevine Mills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, category planning, KPI monitoring and tactical execution.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and act as an in-store ambassador for the brand.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store-level talent; create a collaborative environment and build a strong succession pipeline.
  • Drive omni-channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data capture to enhance lifetime relationships.
  • Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations and visual merchandising.
  • Partner with district and corporate teams to interpret local market trends, shape store strategies and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain store safety and perform physical duties as required (regular lifting of at least 25 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a retail team to consistently exceed performance standards.
  • Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale or store management systems; familiarity with omni-channel retailing and clienteling.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; ability to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
