Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets through forecasting, planning and implementation of category initiatives; monitor KPIs and recalibrate tactics as required.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and outstanding client experiences; promptly resolve customer issues and act as a local brand ambassador.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; cultivate a collaborative culture and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with brand objectives.
  • Execute omni‑channel and digital engagement strategies, including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance footfall and conversion.
  • Oversee operational compliance: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, adherence to visual merchandising standards, store safety and vendor relations.
  • Partner with district and corporate leadership to interpret local market trends, shape store strategies and contribute insights to cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Perform regular physical store duties including stockroom management; safely lift and move stock when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or a service industry; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams to exceed objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; practical knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
