Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, planning, KPI monitoring and execution of category initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards; act as a brand ambassador and resolve customer escalations promptly.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; build a collaborative culture and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with brand objectives.
- Drive omni‑channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition and leveraging social media trends to enhance sales and loyalty.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing compliance with company policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising and vendor relationships.
- Partner with district and corporate teams to interpret market trends, shape store strategies and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
- Maintain store safety and perform physical duties including regular lifting (at least 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally), stockroom management and floor maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams to exceed performance standards.
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to deliver high‑touch service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or customer service; luxury or fashion retail background preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail management experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
