Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead client-focused selling and service standards on the sales floor; model Kate Spade service behaviors and maintain high energy customer engagement.
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including clienteling, client books, outreach and loyalty program activation.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store associates; set goals, review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and manage performance.
  • Act as Store Leader in their absence and foster an inclusive, motivating team culture that supports retention and development.
  • Own store sales plans and forecasts; create and execute action plans to address business opportunities and improve sell-through.
  • Champion brand and visual merchandising standards; execute visual directives and report trends and customer feedback to corporate teams.
  • Oversee operational excellence including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, scheduling and payroll budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety and loss-prevention standards; support inventory management, cycle counts and shipment accuracy.
  • Leverage social media and live stream shopping to drive engagement and traffic; adapt to retail trends and digital selling formats.
  • Capture and maintain customer data to support marketing outreach and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Proven leadership, communication and organizational capabilities with experience coaching to results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience using retail systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends and translate insights into action.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
