Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching and operational rigor.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, including clienteling via client books, outreach and loyalty programs to generate repeat business.
- Lead, recruit, onboard and develop diverse retail talent; set clear goals, review KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and coach to results.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence and cultivate an inclusive, motivating culture on the sales floor.
- Own store sales plans and forecasts; create and execute action plans to address business opportunities and sell-through trends.
- Champion brand visual and operating standards; execute visual directives and maintain an impeccable store environment.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, scheduling and payroll budgeting to align staffing with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and inventory-management processes, including cycle counts and shipment accuracy.
- Leverage social media and live stream shopping to drive engagement and capture customer data to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to hire, coach and develop teams and to manage performance and underperformance effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive results against KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with retail systems and analyzing selling reports to identify trends.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail management experience in a fashion or lifestyle environment, with documented success in sales leadership, team development and execution of visual and operational standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Monroe, Ohio, USA, with easy access to Cincinnati.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
