Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a client-focused sales environment by modeling brand service behaviors and selling standards; drive omnichannel and virtual selling.
  • Manage clienteling efforts including client books, outreach, loyalty program activation and customer data capture to drive repeat business.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop diverse retail talent; coach to KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and manage underperformance.
  • Own store sales plans, forecasts and action plans; analyze market and sell-through data in partnership with corporate teams to optimize results.
  • Ensure execution of Kate Spade visual directives and maintain an impeccable store environment consistent with brand standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, schedules and payroll budgets, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy.
  • Act as Store Leader in their absence and cultivate an inclusive, motivating culture; build community networks to support recruiting and brand awareness.
  • Operate and promote social commerce initiatives such as live stream shopping and leverage social media trends to drive engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and organizational capabilities with experience coaching to measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with retail systems and point-of-sale operations.
  • Analytical aptitude to interpret selling reports, identify trends and react promptly to business opportunities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
