Role & Responsibilities
- Model and enforce Kate Spade service behaviours and selling standards to create a high-energy, client-focused floor.
- Drive omni‑channel and virtual selling initiatives, including clienteling, loyalty outreach and digital appointments to grow repeat business.
- Recruit, onboard and develop store talent; coach to KPI targets (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR) and manage performance issues.
- Act as Store Leader in their absence, maintaining an inclusive culture and motivating the team to exceed results.
- Own store sales planning and forecasting; create and execute action plans informed by market data and corporate partnership.
- Ensure brand and visual standards are executed; implement visual directives and communicate sell‑through and stock trends.
- Oversee operational responsibilities including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, payroll and loss prevention.
- Support inventory management, cycle counts and shipment accuracy; manage live stream shopping sessions and social engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a comparable consumer environment.
- Proven leadership, coaching and performance‑management skills with the ability to set clear goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to analyse selling reports and act on trends quickly.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the salesfloor and stockroom.

Experience
2+ years of retail management experience in a fashion, lifestyle or comparable retail environment; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework or vocational training and/or equivalent retail management experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
