Coach (Tapestry) seeks an Assistant in Seoul — full-time corporate administrative role supporting the Korea office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Korea corporate office, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries; manage travel expense submissions and reconciliations.
- Draft, proofread and distribute internal communications, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for local vendors, facilities, and external partners; escalate operational issues as required.
- Support planning and execution of internal events, meetings and small-scale corporate initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional coordination between merchandising, retail, HR and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education preferred; vocational diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
- 1–3 years of administrative or corporate support experience, preferably within fashion, retail or a fast-moving consumer-goods environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic corporate setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to interact professionally with senior stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
At least 1–3 years of progressive administrative or office experience supporting corporate teams or senior managers; experience in luxury retail or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
