Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end production of visual experience assets for the EMEAI region, including store displays, props, fixtures, seasonal installations and point‑of‑sale materials.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, production houses and logistics partners to ensure quality, on‑time delivery and cost control.
  • Translate global creative directives into executable production briefs and localised solutions for diverse retail environments across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
  • Oversee budgets and purchase orders for visual production projects; monitor spend, approve invoices and recommend cost‑saving measures.
  • Liaise with regional retail, store operations and marketing teams to schedule installs, rollouts and visual refresh programmes.
  • Implement quality assurance and brand compliance checks at receipt, pre‑install and post‑install stages; document and report issues.
  • Support development, coaching and day‑to‑day supervision of junior visual production staff or temporary teams during peak campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate production calendars, asset libraries and inventory records; drive continuous improvement of production workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Production Management, Retail Operations or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of retail visual standards and production processes within premium or luxury brands.
  • Proven competency in vendor management, contract negotiation and budget stewardship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional and cross‑regional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEAI region as required.
