Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders for store construction, fit-outs and FF&E, ensuring accuracy, on-time issuance and change-order control.
- Coordinate with internal project managers, store operations, design and construction teams to translate scope and schedules into procurement actions.
- Negotiate with and manage performance of vendors, suppliers and logistics partners to secure timely delivery, quality compliance and cost control.
- Track shipments, customs clearance and warehouse receipts; resolve delivery exceptions and expedite critical items to meet store opening milestones.
- Validate vendor invoicing against POs and delivery documentation; collaborate with finance to reconcile discrepancies and approve payments.
- Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation and reporting (PO status, budget-to-actual, vendor KPIs) to support senior stakeholders and governance.
- Implement and enforce procurement policies, supplier onboarding, and quality-control standards for store capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction management, or related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement or order management for retail store construction, FF&E or large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing multiple suppliers, purchase orders and logistics for time-sensitive rollouts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in invoice reconciliation, cost tracking and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
