Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of coach.com to ensure optimal performance, stability, and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor site health via diagnostics, proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Serve as first line of defense for site incidents: triage issues, define severity levels, set priorities and response SLAs, and delegate to appropriate partners.
- Track, document and drive issues through to resolution, ensuring cross‑team accountability and clear status communication.
- Lead operational communications across ecommerce, Customer Care, VOC and Digops teams; align partners on incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own creation, maintenance and communication of the ecommerce site roadmap for site refreshes and launches, including Holiday Readiness and floorset documentation.
- Manage validation calls and operational readiness for site releases, floorsets and high‑traffic events to ensure launch stability.
- Report on site diagnostics, NPS and Medallia insights to inform decisions and prioritization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and supporting live ecommerce sites with responsibility for incident triage and resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills; experience liaising with Customer Care, VOC, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to define issue severity, prioritize workstreams and enforce accountability across partner teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining launch/readiness roadmaps, runbooks and post‑mortem documentation.
- Comfort with metrics‑driven reporting and translating VOC/Medallia/NPS insights into operational improvements.
Skills
Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive experience in ecommerce site operations, site reliability or digital operations, including hands‑on incident management and cross‑functional launch coordination.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Commerce or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 70,000 per annum.
