Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from creation through delivery and financial closeout, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Execute and maintain purchase orders in alignment with approved project scope, CAPEX budgets and project timelines for FF&E and SBO initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners to monitor production, shipments and delivery schedules; proactively identify and escalate risks.
- Track inventory and asset allocation of store fixtures and materials across multiple projects to ensure on-time deployment and data accuracy.
- Support vendor performance tracking, issue resolution for delays/damages, and maintenance of documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
- Partner with Construction, Design, Finance and Logistics to align purchasing activities with project milestones and SLAs; prepare project dashboards and status reporting.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of standardized procurement workflows, tools and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable procurement/purchasing experience supporting FF&E, store projects, or capital programs.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and experience producing budget-to-actual reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate and resolve delivery or cost issues effectively.

Typically 3–5 years of progressive purchasing, procurement or supply-chain experience, preferably supporting retail store projects, FF&E and capital programs with vendor and logistics coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 80,000 per annum.
