Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from creation through delivery and financial closeout, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Execute and maintain purchase orders in alignment with approved project scope, CAPEX budgets and project timelines for FF&E and SBO initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners to monitor production, shipments and delivery schedules; proactively identify and escalate risks.
  • Track inventory and asset allocation of store fixtures and materials across multiple projects to ensure on-time deployment and data accuracy.
  • Support vendor performance tracking, issue resolution for delays/damages, and maintenance of documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
  • Partner with Construction, Design, Finance and Logistics to align purchasing activities with project milestones and SLAs; prepare project dashboards and status reporting.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of standardized procurement workflows, tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrable procurement/purchasing experience supporting FF&E, store projects, or capital programs.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and experience producing budget-to-actual reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate and resolve delivery or cost issues effectively.

Experience
