Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of regional assortment, allocation and replenishment strategies for SEA to maximize sell-through and margin targets.
  • Produce regular sales, inventory and margin analysis to inform buys, promotions and markdown strategies; translate data into actionable recommendations for stores and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with global merchandise, planning and design teams to localize global assortments for SEA markets and ensure product-market fit.
  • Manage open-to-buy, stock flow and inventory health through weekly and monthly financial cadence; ensure adherence to financial plans and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with regional commercial teams (sales, operations, marketing) to align promotions, launches and channel strategies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, distribution and logistics to monitor lead times, allocations and supply constraints; resolve SKU-level issues that impact availability.
  • Coach or oversee junior merchandising analysts and coordinate across cross-functional partners to deliver calendar milestones and store pack execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to translate sales and inventory data into merchandising decisions.
  • Proven knowledge of assortment planning, open-to-buy, allocation and replenishment processes in a multi-channel retail environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across markets and time zones.

Experience
