Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain marketing measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance across channels (digital, CRM, retail and wholesale).
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights and reports for brand and regional marketing teams, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Build and manage dashboards and automated reporting (executive and operational) to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention and cohort performance.
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses including A/B testing, attribution modelling, customer segmentation and lifetime value modelling to inform media allocation and creative optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e‑commerce, CRM, media, product and finance teams to align on data definitions, tagging strategy and measurement priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external analytics vendors and data providers and oversee implementation of tracking (tagging, GA4/Adobe) where required.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts; review analytical approaches and ensure methodological rigor and reproducibility.
  • Ensure data quality and governance by implementing validation checks, documenting processes and maintaining a single source of truth for marketing metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business or a related quantitative discipline; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience designing measurement frameworks and translating analytics into commercial recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex quantitative findings to non‑technical senior stakeholders and to influence marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience working within retail, luxury or consumer goods environments is highly desirable.
  • Track record of managing or mentoring junior analysts and coordinating cross‑functional analytics projects.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
