Coach seeks Assistant Manager, Field Visual Merchandising in Boston, MA. Execute visual standards, coach retail teams, and manage merchandising projects for a luxury fashion leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards
- Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching; review photographs and provide actionable feedback to retail teams
- Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans
- Support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks
- Conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices documentation
- Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America
- Foster strong relationships with store leadership and coaching staff through regular communication and support
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in visual merchandising principles and practices
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timeline management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to conduct effective coaching and training sessions
- Experience partnering with multi-level leadership to drive results
- Ability to adapt visual solutions to diverse store architectures while maintaining brand consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust-based relationships across functions and levels
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a coaching, training, or field leadership role. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully executing visual initiatives, coaching retail teams, and managing cross-functional projects in a fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
