Coach seeks an Assistant Manager for Allocation & Inventory Management in Seoul. Drive inventory optimization and supply chain excellence in a fashion luxury role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product allocation strategies to balance inventory across retail locations, e-commerce, and wholesale partners
- Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and seasonal trends; provide recommendations for reorder quantities and allocation adjustments
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, and supply chain teams to align inventory plans with sales forecasts and promotional calendars
- Prepare inventory forecasts and allocation reports for senior management; track KPIs including in-stock percentage, inventory turns, and allocation accuracy
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock-outs, and overstock situations through data analysis and cross-functional communication
- Support new season launches and special collections with tailored allocation plans that reflect regional demand patterns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or allocation within a retail or fashion environment
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimization
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
- Organizational excellence with demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, allocation, or related roles within retail, fashion, or luxury goods environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
