Role & Responsibilities

  • Support global merchandising for women's small leather goods (SLGs) and accessories across the outlet channel, ensuring assortment coherence with full-price ranges and outlet strategy.
  • Assist in assortment planning, allocation recommendations and replenishment cadence to optimise sell‑through and maintain targeted inventory turns.
  • Monitor sell‑through, ageing and inventory levels; prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for pricing, markdowns and promotions.
  • Liaise with buying, planning, design, production and wholesale teams to coordinate product flow, sample reviews and line launches for outlet assortments.
  • Maintain product data integrity in merchandising systems and support catalogue updates, SKU rationalisation and pack/size matrix decisions.
  • Prepare merchandising decks, business reviews and ad hoc analyses for regional managers and global leadership.
  • Support vendor communication for outlet‑specific deliveries, quality follow‑ups and returns management when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail or wholesale merchandising, preferably with exposure to small leather goods or accessories.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for numerical analysis, commercial decision‑making and inventory management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
