Coach Buying Assistant in Seoul: manage business reporting, system operations, and product administration. 1-year contract role reporting to Product Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Create and update product catalogues, line lists, sell-through reports, and related product documentation
- Manage price-related operations and data through ECVision and SAP systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure system data alignment with business requirements and deadlines
- Gather product feedback on newness and support market and trend research initiatives
- Support the preparation of training materials for the buying team
- Execute administrative tasks and coordinate special events for the buying department
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in product management, merchandising, buying, or related functions within a brand or fashion business
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
- Strong organizational and result-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Self-motivated and proactive with capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders
