Area Manager at Coach Seoul – Lead regional retail strategy, operations, and team development for South Korea. Full-time role reporting to Senior Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accelerate regional growth through entrepreneurial mindset and strategic business ownership of store portfolio, sales performance, KPIs, and new user acquisition
- Define and frame critical business issues through performance analysis and ideate strategic solution directions rather than tactical fixes
- Lead business process improvement initiatives across stores and field operations; identify inefficiencies in operating models, routines, and processes
- Develop Multi-Store Managers through Multiplier Leadership to amplify leadership impact and drive execution quality
- Own area-level people strategy, talent pipeline, and leadership capability including GM assessment, development, and succession frameworks
- Partner with Product teams to define optimal area-level product mix direction and maximize stock productivity and sell-through
- Define visual merchandising and training standards at regional level and evaluate impact on business performance
- Ensure consistent people management practices, operating standards, and service leadership across all stores in the region

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in retail management with demonstrated success in multi-store operations or regional leadership roles; proven track record of driving sales growth and implementing process improvements.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail operations may be considered.
