Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and process product accurately and to team productivity standards across receiving, shipping, returns and order fulfillment.
• Execute special handling tasks such as price ticket removal, reticketing, gift packaging and single‑unit Customer Care orders.
• Operate WM and department systems to research order discrepancies, process shortages, No Read diverts and problem resolution cases.
• Prepare and break down cartons and corrugate, replenish totes/bins and process tote replenishment lines.
• Perform manual handling tasks including sorting/offloading cartons from pallets and conveyors, packing in dunnage and sealing cartons.
• Communicate equipment or workstation issues to Team Leader, maintain departmental housekeeping and practice safe work habits.
• Operate hand pallet jack and flex to support other departments or special projects as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently and work collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to perform frequent lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40 lb and occasional up to 50 lb; able to stand for entire shift and work at various heights.
• Availability for the scheduled night shift (Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am ET) and flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Self‑motivation, punctuality and dependable attendance.

Skills

Experience

Experience in warehouse, distribution or order fulfillment environments is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with high‑volume picking/packing and inventory processes is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position is USD 17.50 per hour.
