Tapestry seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst in Shanghai to support Asian and ANZ operations with accounting and controlling functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute accounting and controlling tasks with focus on Accounts Payable operations
- Perform payment operations ensuring completeness and timeliness
- Prepare month-end closing reconciliations including Balance Sheet reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Provide SOX and statutory audit support while ensuring compliance with SOX controls and internal company policies
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Support ad-hoc accounting assignments as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or Big 4 accounting firm
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Professional certification in progress (CPR, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a multinational company or Big 4 accounting firm, with demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable operations and month-end closing procedures.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
