Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly replenishment of all Kate Spade locations to maintain healthy inventory levels by analyzing store sales and weeks-of-supply forecasts
  • Analyze historical business trends on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities, risks, and key business drivers while partnering with stakeholders to inform strategy
  • Develop and manage monthly store planning deliverables including sales forecasts, KPI projections, and store cluster management
  • Collaborate with store field teams to ensure proper inventory positioning for forecasted sales and gather market intelligence to inform future plans
  • Execute ad-hoc analyses to provide clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for business optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management in retail or fashion
  • Exceptional analytical and retail mathematics skills with ability to analyze business at macro and micro levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated aptitude for learning technical applications quickly
