Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to determine optimal merchandise allocations across retail locations and distribution channels
- Develop and monitor allocation strategies that balance demand forecasting with supply constraints
- Collaborate with merchandising, retail, and supply chain teams to align allocation plans with seasonal collections and promotional calendars
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards tracking allocation performance against key performance indicators
- Identify and resolve allocation discrepancies and inefficiencies, recommending process improvements
