Tapestry seeks an AI & Automation Manager in Singapore to lead RPA, Generative AI and enterprise automation initiatives at the corporate office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and scale enterprise-grade intelligent automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision quality and employee productivity.
- Lead end-to-end RPA initiatives including process discovery, design, development, testing, orchestration and production support using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots).
- Develop and deploy Generative AI assistants and prompt strategies on LLM-based platforms (Enterprise ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft CoPilot M365, Perplexity or similar) to solve concrete business use cases.
- Architect and integrate agentic AI and autonomous workflows (e.g., Claude CoWork, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, UiPath Autopilot) with human-in-the-loop controls and governance safeguards.
- Collaborate across business stakeholders, IT, security and data teams to identify high-value automation opportunities, capture requirements, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.
- Design and deliver business intelligence, reporting and executive dashboards using tools such as Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Snowflake and Tableau.
- Ensure AI security, governance and ethical guardrails are embedded in solutions: access controls, auditability, monitoring, anti-prompt-injection and data leakage mitigations.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee project delivery, and lead change management, operational handover and knowledge transfer for sustained adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions in enterprise environments, ideally with UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator).
- Practical experience building or deploying Generative AI assistants and creating reusable prompt strategies for business workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and integrations (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI preferred).
- Experience delivering BI and analytics solutions using Microsoft SSRS, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Snowflake and/or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of AI security, governance and responsible AI principles, including mitigation of prompt injection, hallucinations and data leakage risks.
- Demonstrable track record of collaborating with IT, security and business teams to move prototypes into production and maintain operational reliability.
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience, including change and issue management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, engineering or related discipline preferred (optional).
- Relevant certifications advantageous (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform / CoPilot Studio, Azure, AWS).
