Tapestry is hiring an Accounting Analyst in Singapore to support month‑end close, reconciliations and financial reporting for Coach and Kate Spade.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the monthly and quarterly close cycle, including preparation and posting of journal entries and accruals.
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, analyse balance sheet variances and investigate fluctuations.
- Contribute to financial reporting deliverables and ad hoc management analyses for business partners across brands.
- Maintain and document SOX controls and support internal and external audit requests.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (commercial, operations, payroll) to ensure accurate recording of transactions and timely resolution of issues.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate finance function or public accounting environment, with exposure to general ledger processes, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
