Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary Account Executive, Marketplace in Greater London to manage partnerships and drive marketplace sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive performance against sales and margin targets; maximize in-season opportunities
  • Build solid relationships with Marketplace partners across channels and TPR brands, ensuring regular trade meetings and key KPI achievement
  • Support collation of all product data required for Marketplace product launches, including SKU codes, compositions, dimensions, and care instructions
  • Utilize Rithum and Zdirect systems to ensure accurate product data sharing and error resolution with marketplace partners
  • Support seamless execution of new product launches on multiple marketplace channels
  • Compile weekly trade reports and provide analysis to inform trading actions and fuel growth
  • Execute data collation, trade analysis, pricing, and product performance activities using advanced Excel functions (vlookups, pivot tables, SUMIFS)
  • Identify regional product opportunities and market trends in conjunction with the team, providing consolidated feedback to inform seasonal and core assortment needs
  • Increase knowledge of product, consumer, and competition in the local market and provide feedback to key internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Digital Trading Manager and Inventory Management team to understand and highlight business risks and opportunities regarding product investments
  • Ensure optimal stock levels align with upcoming promotional strategies, marketing initiatives, and key trading periods
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure optimal platform content by category and gender within global guidelines and support effective marketing plan alignment
  • Support maximization of product visibility on site through catalogue tree editing and visual guides for partners
  • Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for marketplace site content, including homepage refreshes and category banners
  • Communicate monthly newness and onsite launches
  • Support building communication tools highlighting assortment strategies and monthly/quarterly hindsight
  • Support customer service team with specific retailer and customer queries where necessary
  • Build relationships and establish trust with regional teams across Digital, Buying, Inventory Management, Marketing, and Finance

  • Strong Excel expertise including vlookups, pivot tables, and SUMIFS functions
  • Proficiency with Rithum and Zdirect systems or equivalent data management platforms
  • Experience managing marketplace partnerships and B2B relationships
