LVMH Watch & Jewelry seeks Working Student in Accounting (m/w/d) in Oberursel, Germany. Join the finance team starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices and code them to appropriate expense accounts, cost centres, and profit centres in SAP
- Prepare and validate payment runs in SAP
- Perform intercompany reconciliations with sister companies
- Record customer payment receipts and manage customer payment reminders
- Generate direct debits in SAP for customer bank collection
- Reconcile output invoice interfaces with SAP records
- Assist in provision calculations and month-end closing entries
- Conduct account and balance sheet analyses
- Process monthly error lists for intra-community tax declarations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in business administration with focus on accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience preferred
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Absolute confidentiality and high level of professional discretion
- Strong self-directed and efficient working approach
- Interest in process optimisation and accounting operations
