Role & Responsibilities
- Service and repair quartz and automatic TAG Heuer and LVMH timepieces, including chronograph and in‑house movements, to the highest technical standards.
- Manage assigned workload to achieve departmental throughput and turnaround targets while maintaining exceptional quality and minimising returns.
- Diagnose faults, propose technical solutions and execute complex repairs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement of internal tools, processes and technical documentation within the after‑sales department.
- Contribute to team development by sharing technical knowledge, mentoring colleagues and participating in brand and in‑house training.
- Represent TAG Heuer as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding client service, maintaining product knowledge and nurturing customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- WOSTEP certification or diploma from an accredited watchmaking school, or equivalent time‑served professional watchmaking qualification.
- Minimum of three years' professional experience in watchmaking — experience with chronograph movements and Swiss/luxury brands preferred.
- Proven track record of working within a commercial technical department and meeting departmental targets.
- Strong ability to prioritise, plan workload and deliver accurate work under time constraints.
- Demonstrable professionalism, reliability and a high degree of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' professional watchmaking experience, ideally with Swiss or luxury brands and hands‑on experience servicing chronograph and in‑house movements. Proven experience working in a commercial technical team and achieving departmental targets.
Education
WOSTEP or equivalent qualification from an accredited watchmaking school, or time‑served professional watchmaker qualification.
