TAG Heuer Madrid seeks experienced 1st Category Watchmaker for complex mechanical and quartz watch repairs. Permanent on-site role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute repairs at all complexity levels for quartz and mechanical watches, chronographs, and automatic/manual wound timepieces
  • Specialize in repairs of TAG Heuer manufacture movements (H-01, H-02, TH-20, TH-30, and variations) and Zenith calibers including El Primero and Elite variations
  • Prepare comprehensive watch repair estimates and quotations for all watch and chronograph categories
  • Identify and requisition spare parts required for repairs through the spare parts department
  • Maintain exacting quality standards for both aesthetic finish and mechanical performance
  • Provide problem-solving assistance to the Workshop Manager and lead team coordination
  • Execute repairs across all competency categories: standard and complex mechanical watches, quartz chronographs, battery exchanges, water resistance tests, partial replacements (crystals, crowns, hands, stems), bracelet repairs, and movement exchanges
  • Deliver customer-facing technical support at the reception desk
  • Maintain and calibrate movement cleaning machines and ensure cleaning product quality

Qualifications

  • Mastery of quartz watch and chronograph repair
  • Mastery of mechanical watch and chronograph repair (manual and automatic winding)
  • Advanced expertise in TAG Heuer manufacture movements (H-01, H-02, TH-20, TH-30)
  • Advanced expertise in Zenith movement repairs (El Primero, Elite calibers)
  • Demonstrated expertise in ETA movement repairs (2824, 2892, 2894, 7750-283)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect work completion
  • Proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking under pressure
  • Adaptability to evolving technical demands and workshop procedures
  • Exceptional customer orientation and service mindset
